KDDI Evolva recognizes that we deal with sensitive personal information of our stakeholders including clients, their customers, employees and staff. We strongly believe it is our responsibility to protect our stakeholders’ information, and thus we have set up guidelines as follows.

We shall accurately and appropriately manage this personal information that we collect or receive, and shall protect it at all times. We shall always redouble our efforts to gain our clients’ trust.

1. Within the domain of our operations, we collect, utilize, provide, and store personal information. Prior to collection, we explain the need for the information; however, we refrain from collecting personal information without the customer’s consent.
2. We prevent unauthorized access to personal information as well as loss, corruption, falsification, or leakage of the information. To achieve this, we supervise and control all aspects of the organization - human factors, physical, and technical matters - and take all necessary preventive measures.
3. We develop a compliance program based on the laws and guidelines for the protection of personal information, and we shall comply with it.
4. To appropriately utilize and protect personal information, we continuously review this compliance program and strive to maintain and improve it.
